For my 1st blog I wanted to address a subject that is fairly simple but yet another of people have problems getting a hold of and getting over that hump. To get to a point where many people are wanting and/or needing to move forward with their lives, it seems as if some are hung up on something. That being that, your mind is stronger than you think it is. Your body is stronger than you think it is. The problem is that the main issue is that most people talk themselves out of whatever the objective is in front of them before they actually do it. Psychology. Plain and simple. Do it to themselves and don’t even realize it.
For myself, when I myself was doing Bodybuilding shows, you learn a lot about yourself and how you can push your body physically and dieting for a full 12-15 weeks, 3-4 months straight. It pushes your body to the max it can go and mentally will push you as well to another level as your body changes each and every week. It’s challenging to say the least, but when you look in the mirror and see all the hard work you are putting forth paying off your mindset changes and gets that motivation it needs to continue to move forward with the regime. Then also for dealing with my disability that I deal with on a daily basis, it goes along the same lines as I have several things I can and can not do as I described in bio that is needed for myself to handle this for a day to day basis. There are things I can and can not eat which makes it challenging even just trying to be a normal human being. I say all this to describe examples of myself to you for reasons for you to understand that these are things that have in the past and are now in the present motive me to live the life I am. To go out and not even think about or have the thoughts and ideas of talking myself out of doing things that are needed to be done to take care of myself on a daily basis. Either through working out or dieting or even doing cardio itself.
To conclude, you can do more then you think you can. Your body can push through more then you think. Your body can handle more then you think it can. It’s us and our thought process of thinking ourselves out of things we are not understanding and are sometimes scared of that question the process put forth in front of us that could change our lives for the better. You have to go out and take that change. It’s like a relationship with someone. Do u want to take chance with someone you like or stay single and always wonder and have regrets of what if. “If you put your mind to it, you accomplish anything.” Yes I know it’s taken from Martin McFly from Back that the Future but it does apply to this.
