Personal Training
Within this website and how I am going to approach this the same way that I had approached one on one personal training from a physical standpoint over what this is, an online personal training program. It will consists of, yes, all of which that you think, want and need from a high level personal trainer. That I give you my all and my 110% effort in providing you your needs and wants for your goals. I do ask that of each person that signs up with us that whether it’s personal training, nutrition and/or both that you fill out a consultation questionnaire. It’s only there to help you the client more. The more I know about you the more I can help and provide the best service for you. I know and realize that the phrase “personal” in personal trainers is something that does have meaning. The way I will be laying things out for you will be a simple way. Unless you want one training session, the way the monthly sessions would go is fairly simple. After one fills out the questionnaire, I then will go build your own personal workouts. There is NO database I have of workouts. Everyone is different.
Being “personal” and having communication is something that I am open to you more so because believe or not I actually really love doing this and want others involved in it with me to enjoy it as well. So I enjoy talking to, getting to know and having conversations with clients or potential clients because I do care and at the same time I want to know more about that person so their specific interests and/or goals are met. Everyone is different, it wouldn’t be right just to provide a program of such to a client and let that client be and hope for the best. I want to, have in the past & my plan will be to continuously keep in touch throughout a clients program so they can reach their or go beyond what their goals were going in.
