For our nutrition programs, I wanted to talk, explain, and touch on how we plan on doing and laying out your nutrition program. When you sign up with us, again either with personal training and/or this itself a nutrition program we have a consolation questionnaire that has to be filled out. It’s only to help you and myself make your diet itself better for you. I DO NOT have a database of diets stored in my computer for one reason and you will hear me say this time and time again, everyone is different, so every diet should be conformed and meant just for them and no one else. You have your likes and dislikes, the obvious question is are you going to eat something you dislike? We all know the answer is NO. I will go out and lay out your diet in a very simple and concise way. Very easy. I start it out from the time you get up in the morning 🌄 and walk you through the day meal by meal and/or snacks as well. Supplements will be laid out through the diet and when to take them as well. I will walk you through the day all the way up until bedtime 🌙 I will want and keep the communication and getting to know the client is something that is a part of this for me, standing beside that client in the ups and downs.
